Readi-Blanks™ are pre-hardened and pre-ground 5"x 7" tool steel blocks, in standard thicknesses, stocked in the following grades: Airkool (A2), Airdi (D2), CPM M4HCHS and CPM 10V.
Readi-Blanks are available in custom sizes or in other grades and can also be pre-tapped or pre-drilled (for EDM) according to customer specifications.
Eliminate the hassle and extra expense of grinding, heat treating, and drilling in preparation for EDM’ing small punches and die inserts. Crucible Readi-blanks go right into the EDM machine and then back on the shelf.
