Offered in six popular grades and two finishes (Precision Ground and Oversize), Crucible ground flat stock is ground on four sides to close tolerances*. It is available in 18" and 36" lengths, in thicknesses of 1/64" through 2", in standard widths from 1/2” through 12". Standard grades carried are Airkool (A2), Airdi 150 (D2), Rex M2, Ketos (O1), AISI 1018, as well as CPM 10V and CPM M4HCHS.

PLEASE NOTE: CPM is available in18" lengths only and in Oversize tolerances only. Toolmakers can save valuable time and effort by starting with Ground Flat Stock. The preliminary grinding steps are already done, so the toolmaker can begin shaping the tool straightaway.
